Your resume deserves a private workspace.
What we process
When you request matching, we process the resume text, job description and preferences you provide. PDF and DOCX files are read in memory for text extraction; this feature does not store the uploaded file in object storage. Do not include government identifiers, financial information or sensitive details unrelated to your search.
Your resume and the selected job description are sent to the Z.AI (GLM) and TypeSafe AI to create the comparison. Only your role, location and work preferences are sent to the job search provider. Model providers apply their own data policies; deleting a report here does not promise immediate deletion from their systems.
Retention and control
Unsaved reports expire after 24 hours. If you choose Save report while signed in, the report and its evidence are available for up to 30 days from creation. The full resume input remains available for retry for no more than 24 hours. You can delete a report earlier. Saved job links remain until you remove them or delete your account.
Expired content becomes inaccessible immediately; cleanup removes the retained text and evidence. De-identified usage and cost records help enforce free limits and diagnose failures. Provider backups and retention are governed separately by those providers.
Accounts and service data
Our authentication service stores the account information necessary to sign you in. We use essential session and quota cookies. We do not sell resume content, publish private reports or use report text as analytics metadata.
Optional measurement
With your consent, first-party events and Google Analytics help measure traffic sources and product actions. Source tracking uses restricted campaign tags, the referring hostname and public landing paths; it does not attach your resume, contact details or private report ID. Attribution records and raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days.
Microsoft Clarity is limited to public guides and comparison pages. It is excluded from resume entry, reports, account pages and administrator pages. You can withdraw optional measurement through Cookie preferences in the footer. Google Search Console and Bing provide aggregated search-performance reports; those reports do not reveal which search query belongs to a particular visitor.
External services
Opening an employer link or Rezi takes you to another service, with its own terms and privacy policy. We do not send your resume through these links. See our affiliate disclosure.
